David, originally from central Florida, started his career in the food and beverage industry. Working as a chef for 11 years, David needed a career change and moved to Tennessee in 2014.
David started as a mover for Murfreesboro TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, and within just two weeks, he was promoted to driver. He enjoyed the hustle of moving, but his natural ability of leadership shined through. With no surprise, in a few short months, he was promoted to be the training manager. After eight months, David was promoted again to the Operations Manager. Recently, he is our Quality Control Manager for all 4 locations. David handles all customer concerns, damages, and issues that need to be addressed during the moving process.
Through David’s time in his role as mover and training manager, he had learned the ins and outs of the frontline positions. He understood the functions of a mover/driver, exceeded customer expectations, and knew how important communication is in the dispatch role.

Why is a Quality Control Manager critical?
The Quality Control Manager ensures that everything runs smoothly and that all customer expectations have been met, especially after the move has been completed. Our local franchise serves a high volume of customers. This year, we will have the privilege of helping nearly SEVEN THOUSAND customers in Middle Tennessee, relocate their homes and businesses. Dave helps us ensure that each of these customers has their unique moving expectations met and exceeded as quickly as possible. Having a dedicated role in charge of customer care sets our customer experience apart.
David plays a massive role in our locations because he makes sure customers are satisfied with our services. We would not be in business without his patience and guidance with our team and customers!

When David isn’t at work he loves to spend time with family, being involved in anything racing/car related, or watching his favorite movies.
